(Tentative) By June 1: Call by the Treasurer to new officers for their estimates of budget items to be included in the new Annual Budget. New officers will consult with the present outgoing officers for guidance in preparing their estimates to send the Treasurer. Also, by June 1 the President appoints the Audit Committee, which proceeds between June 1 and July 15 to conduct the Annual Audit of the outgoing Treasurer. Additionally, by June 1, the newly elected officers must announce nominees for new appointed officers.
